DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
Here at Made In The Hills we know you are excited to receive your products, so we do our very best to get them to you as soon as possible, though as our products are handcrafted for you and often made to order, and we live extremely remotely in the Scottish Highlands please allow us 3-5 working days prior to shipping for order fulfilment, but you may well receive your parcel before the estimated time frame.

£3.95 for parcels weighing under 2kg or free for orders over £50
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered. Once your order had been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. During busy periods your order may take a little longer.
We pride ourselves on giving our customers the best possible customer experience and customer service and do hope you are happy with your Made In The Hills purchase, however if you are not 100% happy then we offer the following terms for your satisfaction.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if this is not the case and you would like to return an item for a refund and the product is not damaged or faulty, we offer a 28 day return policy, but we please ask you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we will contact you to advise on how to proceed. The items must be returned with the original packaging and labels with no sign of use. You are responsible for the cost of returns postage to us unless the product being returned is damaged or faulty. Returns will be processed by us within 5-7 days of receiving the returned items.
Wax melt products as classed as perishable items and therefore returns and refunds are not offered on these products unless they arrive damaged.
